3. Refunds
- Please send us a photo of the item within fifteen (30) business days of receiving the items along with the items’s label to [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, product description, and your shipping name and address.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
